Bikram Yoga – It’s a hot thing!

If you want to literally break a sweat then you must check out Bikram Yoga, also known as “hot yoga”, becoming the new craze in the fitness industry. With 26 postures done in 90 minute sessions, you bend and stretch almost every part of your body. What makes this type of yoga so hot? Basically it is the room’s temperature which is set at approximately 40.6 degrees Celsius.

Bikram yoga named after its founder Bikram Choudhury aims to increase general health, and sometimes heal injuries.
