One packet of fresh egg noodles
1 chicken breast cut into thin strips
5/6 fresh prawns without tail (optional)
1 teaspoon ground ginger and garlic
2 tablespoons corn flour
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon honey
One handful of chopped cabbage
One capsicum (red, green, or yellow)
One small red onion
2 pieces spring onion
A few drops sesame oil (optional)
Toss the chicken strips in corn flour and stir fry in a few table spoons of oil. Remove chicken from the pan and in the same oil, Add ginger, garlic, and all the thinly sliced vegetables except the spring onions. Sauté on high heat and add all the sauces. Return chicken to the pan. Toss prawns in vegetables for two minutes or until cooked. Turn off the heat and cover.
Boil water in a kettle and pour into a deep pan. Soak the noodles for ten minutes or until soft. Toss into chicken and mix nicely. Sprinkle few drops of sesame oil and freshly chopped green part of spring onion.
