  1. The technique listed only applies to managing anxiety as opposed to completely getting rid of the problem. One technique that always helps – in the long term – is to regularly expose yourself to situations that may trigger anxiety and then being in that particular situation until your anxiety wanes off. I know it is easier said than done – but the key here is to get comfortable with your anxious discomfort. The sooner you are able to do so, the quicker your body would be able to get rid of those physical sensations. What you resist always persist. So let the anxiety be there, don’t get scared of it and let it flow through your body. Once you are no longer afraid of the physical sensations and treat it as more of a nuisance as opposed to a threat you will be fine!
