- 4 sweet potatoes
- 160 g Parmesan
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
STEP 1: PREPARE THE CHIPS
Cut the potatoes into wedges and put them in a large bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over the potato chips and give everything a good mix. Finely chop the rosemary and add it to the potatoes along with the grated Parmesan.
STEP 2: BAKE THE CHIPS
Put the potato chips on a tray and top them once more with Parmesan. Pop into the oven for 20 – 25 minutes at 220°. Serve with sour cream.
