What goes in:
1/4 cup Tahini
1/2 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup roasted flaxseeds
4-5 tablespoons of date syrup
2 heaped tablespoons of almond butter
1/2 A slab of pure dark chocolate
In a bowl tip the flax-pumpkin seed mixture. Blend it into a flour. Mix all the liquid ingredients with the seed flour except the dark chocolate.
Press down the dough in a non-stick pan. Freeze the pan for about 20 minutes. While the dough is setting melt the dark chocolate on low heat in a glass bowl over a pot of boiling water. Remove the dough from the freezer and pour the melted dark chocolate over it. Refrigerate again till set. Sprinkle shredded dark chocolate over the bar.
